[It was just supposed to be some routine checks on the Gundams. Help with some of the maintenance. But for some reason she's hopped into the 00 Gundam's cockpit. It can't be seen, but she's got the computer that's recording her hooked up to the Gundam and is reworking the controls. To top it off, she's got a smirk on her face.

Why? Because something got it into her head that she could be a better Gundam Meister than Setsuna. After all, both of her parents were Gundam Meisters. She's been around them her whole life. She knows how they operate. And for once in her life, she actually feels the need to go out there and actually get her hands dirty.

She mutters under her breath about some things being disabled, some things being enabled, various systems reconnecting... and then she notices the recording light. In a split-second, the smirk vanishes and she leans forward to examine the screen. After a few minutes of her eyes darting this way and that over whatever she might be reading, they widen in surprise.]

Why would I do that...?

[It hits her that she still hasn't stopped the recording.]

The first is for those who qualify to pilot one in the first place. The second is one of very few. No one in the general military-- or even the A-Laws (the Autonomous Peace Keeping Force)-- has a Gundam. However, the GN-X's of the military were originally modeled off the Gundams several years ago.

So they belong to soldiers that have earned them! They must be fine weapons indeed! And fine soldiers to deserve one to begin with! [Oh yes, she very much approves of these.]

How does one earn something such as these "Gundams"?

There is no better weapon available. [Since the Trilobite mobile armor was destroyed and the Memento Mori has yet to be revealed to the world.]

Given their limited quantity, I would assume you must either work for Celestial Being or capture one from their pilot. However, capturing a Gundam is easier said than done, as several attempts four years ago always ended in failure.

Is this Celestial Being a special branch of your military?

Of course not. They are branded as terrorists by the Earth Sphere Federation, just as they were when they began their armed interventions.

Armed interventions? What are they intervening against?

They were attempting to eradicate war with their interventions. Right now, it's not clear what their goal is anymore.

[Complete and utter shock is what she's feeling here, with just a touch of anger and sadness. Not that she would ever aknowledge the sad.]

Eradicate war?! Why would anyone do such a thing?! What of the soilders who dedicate their lives to it?

You would have to ask them. Though I would assume they don't care much for that sort of people.

That is... quite disappointing. War can be glorious and those who have earned their victories deserve them.

Have these terrorists proven that they deserve to do this as the best your world can offer?

You know, I never thought of war like that.

They were defeated four years ago once the combined power blocs produced fake Gundams and they weren't heard from again until several months ago. So perhaps at the time, there were justified.

[And there's some pride there] The feeling of crushing a weaker foe beneath your boot's heel after a long, difficult battle is very satisfactory.

So they were defeated. They did not deserve their weapons nor did they have the right to attempt to end conflict. A shame.
